Ferrari F2003-GA was the car used by Scuderia Ferrari team in Formula 1 2003 season, which was designed by Rory Byrne and Ross Brawn. Development was based on previous Ferrari F2002, and displayed side pods round and extended wheelbase to aid aerodynamics. Engine and gearbox has been developed versions of the previous model. This car is designated "GA" as a mark of respect to Gianni Agnelli, head of the recently passed away from Fiat.
The car was introduced just before mid season in 2003, as the F2002 was seen as good enough to be able to compete while the F2003-GA was developed further. This car is fast and competitive, but have a tendency to overuse the tires, which resulted in several issues of race tires at the end of the summer season, all summer in Europe were unbelievably hot. As a result, Williams and McLaren were able to be a consistent challenger to the Ferrari and Michael Schumacher for the championship push.

After engineers found the Bridgestone tires that Michelin are using has changed construction, thus causing the French tire manufacturer to supply tires Remoulded at the end of the season, Ferrari to be competitive again, and able to withstand both Williams and McLaren in the constructors championship, while Schumacher won the drivers championship sixth, and Juan Manuel Fangio's record-breaking which had stood for 46 years.
